4 thin slices of pickle
2 tablespoons chives (finely chopped)
1. Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Bake the buns for 8 minutes.
2. Slice the shallots into rings. Heat the butter or oil in a frying pan and fry the shallots about 8 minutes.
3. Cut the buns (almost) in halves. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on all the halves and add roast beef on the lower halves. Divide the shallots, pickles and chives on the roast beef.
