40 gr oats
200 ml (unsweetened) almond milk (you can replace it with soy milk)
hand of blueberries
hand of strawberries
1 tbsp broken flax seeds
1. Mix the oats, flax seeds and almond milk in a bowl. If desired, add some raisins.
2. Put the bowl in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. This depends on your microwave.
3. Add the blueberries and strawberries (cut into pieces). Sprinkle some cinnamon over your oatmeal.
